One of the popular ones is the Betutu Chicken. Make no mistake, there are still many culinary delights that you must taste while on vacation to Bali. At least, there are 10 Balinese specialties that you must try.

  1. Satay wrapped
    Different from satay in general. Usually the pieces of meat are skewered, but this Balinese satay is made by mashed meat, wrapped around lemongrass or bamboo stalks. The meat used is not only chicken, it can be pork or mackerel.
  2. Pork roll

  3. Nasi jinggo

  1. Chicken tum
    This tum is a kind of pepes, made from a mixture of chicken meat, various spices, and coconut milk. All the mixture of these ingredients is wrapped in banana leaves, then steamed. If you are bored with chicken, eat duck and other things too.
  2. Komoh
    This food containing liver, skin and meat is usually served during religious events. The meat used can be chicken, duck, or pork.
  3. Rujak bulung and rujak kuah pindang
    You will feel a spicy sensation after tasting the manga slices with a mixture of pindang sauce and super spicy chili. Not only mangoes, you can also replace them with other fruits or seaweed. In Bali, seaweed salad using pindang sauce is called rujak bulung. Good luck!
